Mount Carmel College of Nursing Selects Jenzabar EX Total Campus Management? Solution

Founded in 1903 by the Congregation of the Sisters of the Holy Cross, Mount Carmel College of Nursing provides opportunities for both pre-licensure students and registered nurses to earn a Bachelor?s of Science degree. Mount Carmel School of Nursing received a ten-year accreditation in 1999 from the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.

About Mount Carmel College of Nursing Mount Carmel College of Nursing is a specialized institution with a focus on education in the health professions. Two tracks in the nursing curriculum provide opportunities for both pre-licensure students and registered nurses to earn a Bachelor?s of Science in Nursing degree. The Masters in Nursing program began in Fall 2003 and a Graduate Certificate program was started in 2007. The Second Degree Accelerated Program began in January 2007 and the first cohort of students will graduate in February 2008. The College also offers a Dietetic Internship Program for individuals who hold degrees in Dietetics to become registered Dietitians.
Mount Carmel School of Nursing was founded in 1903 by the Congregation of the Sisters of the Holy Cross and offered a diploma program until 1993 when Mount Carmel College of Nursing was established. The College received accreditation by North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCA) in 1994. Additional, Mount Carmel College of Nursing received accreditation in 1995 from the National League for Nursing for its nursing program. In March 1999, the College received a ten-year accreditation by NCA. Enrollment during the fall and winter semesters is approximately 685 students.
