There are few things in our history as commonplace or popular as a good old-fashioned tee. Those designs are meant to allow you the opportunity to excel at your career, look your best for the game, or even to be comfortable while at school. Yes, school t-shirts are a popular commodity in our world, and you will be able to find what you need simply by knowing what to look for and where to look.

There are some basic rules that must be followed for all school t-shirts. These are just the beginning, and you should contact your educational department to learn appropriate dress code for your children. Generally, tees are permitted, but your educational facility may be the exception rather than the rule. Be on the safe side. Ask.

> Do not include logos on your school t-shirts. Logos can be mistaken for gang symbols or other derogatory meanings. Logos are generally left out of the array when handled by professional designers who want to appeal to the school-age child and his or her parents.

> Do not wear tees with stains or spots. Nothing looks better than a spot or stain on clothing. Your children will get a lot of hassles if they wear stained or dirty clothing. Insure those tees are crisp and fresh to get the best results from your purchase.

> Do not wear the wrong color. Sometimes, colors can be indicative of activities that should not be supported in the school system. Be sure you are following guidelines.

With so many rules and options, you may wonder what the best choices are. Solid colors such as black or white are popular and a good choice for many young people. In addition, you can find great school t-shirts with designs that are acceptable for most educational systems. However, it is a bad idea to assume you know what is acceptable unless you know for sure. Is that tee too short or too long? Is red an okay color? There are many questions you should contact your educational facility for, and when it comes to dress codes, one phone call can save a lot of embarrassment or hassles for your child.
